WHY GO

In this modern interpretation of a traditional Chinese mansion, partake in exquisite delicacies native to Shunde, in the Chinese province of Guangzhou.

WHAT TO ORDER

The stir-fried Australian asparagus and lotus root with wax meat and squid cake is a sumptuous dish. The asparagus and lotus root slices are crunchy and contrast well with the chewy textures of the wax meat and squid cake.

The baked Scotland clam with creamed spinach is another favourite. The clams are soft and tender and the cheesy and creamy spinach topping finishes the dish perfectly.

The liver sausage in ‘ char siew’ roll comes highly recommended. Soft and buttery pieces of liver sausage are wrapped delicately in a pork roll and then grilled to a nice crisp char. The sweetness from the barbecue sauce on the char siew roll is a wonderful complement to the savoury liver sausage.
