En­joy splen­did views of the Melaka River as you dive into lo­cal and West­ern favourites at this charm­ing river­side restau­rant.


The crispy fried soft shell crab is a lit­tle salty on its own but bal­ances well with the sour mango. The ac­com­pa­ny­ing salad of man­goes and car­rots is fresh and crunchy, and the dress­ing, with a bit of chilli, adds a kick to the dish.

The pan-seared At­lantic cod fish is fresh, flaky and ten­der. The chive beurre blanc sauce is but­tery and lemony, very rich and com­ple­ments the fish very well. The Aus­tralian Black An­gus rib­eye is best cooked to a medium and pink in the mid­dle evenly. It is ten­der, juicy and well-sea­soned. The grilled veg­eta­bles and roasted pota­toes are nicely cooked and sea­soned very well, a per­fect com­bi­na­tion with the beef.

The asam pedas sauce has a lovely tex­ture, its bal­ance of sour and heat level is on point. The dish comes with rice, keropok, pick­les, sambal bela­can, tempe and steamed ladies fin­gers. Eaten to­gether, all el­e­ments make for a de­li­cious mouth­ful.

The Choco­late Dome is filled with a smooth and light choco­late mousse, and has a thin choco­late cake base, which is moist and tasty.
