Ranked at the top of Drinks In­ter­na­tional Mag­a­zine’s World’s 50 Best Bars for the third con­sec­u­tive year, Arte­sian at The Lang­ham, Lon­don is no stranger to ex­per­i­men­ta­tion and in­no­va­tion, which is ev­i­dent in its sig­na­ture drink. At first glance, the Digidiva might look more like a fancy ta­ble dec­o­ra­tion than a cock­tail, but it’s a de­li­cious con­coc­tion of Ab­so­lut Elyx, sherry, Ac­qua di Ce­dro, cy­press syrup and soda wa­ter. The drink is served in a spe­cial piece of be­spoke glass­ware de­signed to reg­u­late its tem­per­a­ture, aroma and com­po­si­tion, and is gar­nished with beau­ti­ful sea­sonal blooms.
