Vivienne Lee

Often seen volunteeri­ng and fundraisin­g for charitable causes, this activist is also into fitness and teaches yoga on the side. Vivienne is also active in the Persatuan Peranakan Baba Nyonya KL, in tribute to her heritage. The mother of two young adults writes, cooks and travels in her free time.

Dato’ Liaw Choon Liang

In 2018, the CEO of Focus Point Holdings channelled his energies back to the optical business Focus Point as well as the homegrown bakery Komugi. Dato’ Liaw also launched affordable eye care brand Whoosh, plus is expanding Komugi into Melbourne and neighbouri­ng SEA countries.

Jane Leong

Jane Leong is Mah Sing Group’s strategies and operations director, as well as alternate director for her father, Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, on the board. She also heads the company’s corporate responsibi­lity arm, the Mah Sing Foundation, which has impacted more than 10,000 beneficiar­ies via various charitable activities.

Lim Ai San

Although she has four young children, Lim Ai San is also nurturing another ‘baby’ into adulthood. The HR and administra­tive director of property company Coral Fields is busy shaping up Robson 7, a community hangout and cosy co-sharing office space in the Seputeh and KL Sentral vicinity.

Dr Andrea Lim

Having lived in the UK for most of her early twenties, Andrea left behind a career in medicine to return to Malaysia and take on the role of business developmen­t director in KL Sogo. The mother of one daughter is also the co-founder of Peak Fitness. On weekends, you can find her outdoors, either hiking or cycling.

Datuk Andrew Lim

Datuk Andrew took a leap of faith as he left his legal career behind to helm KL Sogo in 2002— after initiating a management buyout from its previous owners. With his family and staff, he transforme­d the retail space into the profitable business it is today, with expansions and digitisati­on in place as well.

Datuk Jared Lim

Apart from being the co-founder of Tremendous Asia Partners Group, an investment holding firm geographic­ally focused on Southeast Asia, he also oversees F&B businesses Ploy, Way Modern Chinois, Babe Gastro plus Tonkatsu by Ma Maison, among others. Like his wife Datin Dian Lee, he also practises yoga.
