TELL US ABOUT YOUR FITNESS REGIME. During the weekdays it is definitely home yoga. I do an hour of yoga early in the morning – simple stretches and breathing exercises followed by meditation. In the evening, I go to the gym: brisk walk on the treadmill for an hour followed by 20 minutes in the sauna. After that I soak in the bath tub for 20 minutes in either Epsom salt or lavender oil. During the weekends, I go for walks in the jungle to immerse myself in nature. The Japanese call this shinrin yoku or forest bath where we allow nature to help us discharge the negativities in our body. I also do earthing by walking barefoot on the grass or on the beach. It is very therapeutic. WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO KEEP GOING EVERY SINGLE DAY? My passion for life. There was one point in my life when I suffered from depression and wanted to give up on everything. Once I recovered I told myself that I have been given a second chance in life. From that day onwards, I pursue my passions and live life to the fullest. Carpe diem!
