Just Add Fire Grilling your greens gives them a de­li­cious char. The same method works with radic­chio, kale, and baby bok choy too. Halve 2 av­o­ca­dos and re­move the pits. Scoop the flesh into a small bowl and mash it with a fork. Add 2 ta­ble­spoons fresh lime or lemon juice, and mash again. Sea­son with salt.
