Created by England Rugby’s James Haskell, this circuit will roast the turkey and trimmings. 2 SETS OF 60 SECONDS This workout shunts blood from one end of your body to the other for a bigger burn. Jog on the spot for 5 secs (A), then drop into a low squat (B). Repeat for 60 secs.
