Cre­ated by Eng­land Rugby’s James Haskell, this cir­cuit will roast the tur­key and trim­mings. 2 SETS OF 60 SEC­ONDS This work­out shunts blood from one end of your body to the other for a big­ger burn. Jog on the spot for 5 secs (A), then drop into a low squat (B). Re­peat for 60 secs.
