3 LARGE EGGS

1 CUP MILK

2 TBSP HONEY

1 TSP CIN­NA­MON

1 TSP PURE VANILLA EX­TRACT

1 TSP LE­MON ZEST

1 TSP ORANGE ZEST 6 SLICES DAY-OLD

CRUST Y BREAD

(2 CM THICK EACH) 1½ CUPS BERRIES

¼CUP POW­DERED SUGAR

FRESH MINT

1. In a bak­ing dish that can hold all the bread in a sin­gle layer, whisk the eggs, milk, honey, cin­na­mon, vanilla, and zest. Add the bread slices; let them soak for 5 mins, flip, and soak for 5 mins more.
