A 1/ As­sisted Handstand Push-Ups [A] Set your hands slightly wider than shoul­der-width apart against the wall. En­sure that your fin­ger­tips and el­bows are aligned. [B] Us­ing that width, place your palms on the ground, and kick up. Bend your left leg at a 90-de­gree an­gle with your left foot against the wall, and keep your right leg straight in the air. [C] Lower your­self un­til your head al­most touches the ground. Tap your left foot against the wall as you go down, and keep your right leg off the wall.
