Firm offers flexible office space
Newly established company Black Pegasus Bhd is offering organisations, entrepreneurs and freelancers an office space that allows flexibility and connectivity for its members.
Its director, Eugene Wong Khang Yen, said the CO3 (connectivity, collaboration and community) Social Office provided a unique environment for its members to connect and interact with each other.
“Besides the physical environment, where members from organisations and companies can meet during tea, for instance, members can also connect with each other through a memberonly social application,” Wong said.
The membership, which is open to organisations, entrepreneurs and freelancers, is available in various options that come with diverse amenities, such as access to meeting facilities, broadband services, work station, office automation system, as well as food and beverage services.
Co-founder and chief executive officer Yong Chen Hui said they emphasised on providing members with freedom, dignity and trust instead of focusing on tangible values, such as software systems.
Yong said they planned to have CO3 Social Office available in five locations in the Klang Valley by the end of this year, with an initial investment of RM5 million.
“The first CO3 Social Office will open in Puchong next to IOI Mall in June. It will be followed by branches in Jalan Universiti in Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Kuala Lumpur city centre and KL Sentral.
“Within three years’ time, we hope to open branches in 40 locations across 20 Asean cities, including in Johor Baru, Penang, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Bandar Seri Begawan, Singapore, Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Phuket, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Manila, Phnom Penh and Yangon.”
