LAST year ’s AirAsia Malaysian Rugby League (MRL) run­ners-up Keris Con­lay con­tin­ued their win­ning run af­ter beat­ing Univer­siti Te­knologi Malaysia (UiTM) Lions 22-19 in a Premier Divi­sion tie on Sun­day.

Keris Con­lay are five-for-five for 24 points to lead Group B while Group A lead­ers Mers­ing Ea­gles re­deemed them­selves with a 35-33 win against de­fend­ing cham­pi­ons Ser­dang An­gels at Univer­siti Pu­tra Malaysia (UPM).

The Ea­gles will meet Tunku Mahkota Is­mail Sports School (SSTMI) in the quar­ter-fi­nals as Keris Con­lay face the An­gels on Satur­day.

Divi­sion One moved into the semi-fi­nals last week­end where Sil­ver Gau­rus and Angkatan Ten­tera Malaysia (ATM) JLJ booked their spots in the fi­nal that will be played on Sun­day.

Sil­ver Gau­rus scored a 28-12 win over Beringin Ren­dang RC while ATM JLJ edged KL Tigers 15-12.

Tereng­ganu RT and Navy Orca will face off in the Divi­sion Two fi­nal on Sun­day fol­low­ing their re­spec­tive wins over UTP Drillers (13-00) and Vioba Blues (15-13).
