Malaysia has emerged as a leading Southeast Asian destination in terms of the number of students enrolled in premium, English-medium international schools.

According to ISC Research’s (ISC) latest report, as at the first quarter of this year, Malaysia had 71,589 students enrolled in international schools nationwide.

This is the highest in the region, followed by Thailand (64,928) and Singapore (63,789).

The data was released by ISC, the world’s leading authority on market intelligence on international schools, ahead of the International Private Schools Education Forum conference to be held here on March 22 to 24.
