“In the end, we left the test with a good setup that I’m confident I can improve on in Qatar,” said Ayumu.

Adam, 18, pushing himself to the limit, found good pace with his bike in doing 54 laps, and his fastest time was 1:47.435s.

“Overall, I’m happy with how this test has gone. I have a much better feeling on the bike and we have learned a lot that will help us this season,” said Adam.

All four Malaysian riders will head to Qatar for the second official test at Losail International Circuit on March 17-19.
