IHH unit buys ME-DI for RM7.87m

KUALA LUMPUR: IHH Healthcare Bhd’s indirect subsidiary, Acibadem Saglik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret AS, has acquired a 100 per cent equity in Acibadem Saglik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret AS (MEDI) from Dilaver Ozturan for RM7.87 million. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said the acquisition would not have any material effect on IHH earnings, net assets or gearing for the financial year ending December 31 2017.

The principal activity of MEDI is the provision of outpatient medical services.
