Capital City Property says fully-furnished themed units will be completed by fourth quarter of 2019

New Straits Times - - Business -

Capital City sales and marketing manager Jeft Tng said there would be 630 fully-furnished serviced suites, which come in themes of Europe, Asia and the United States and were targeted for completion by the fourth quarter of 2019.

“To date, 40 per cent of the serviced suites have been taken up. The selling point of the property is that the development also comprises a six-storey shopping mall, which is scheduled to open by the second quarter of next year,” said Tng, referring to the Capital 21 Festival Mall.

He said the serviced suites would occupy 18 storeys of the same tower where the shopping mall would be. Recreational facilities will be built on two levels above the suites.

Tng said the project fulfilled the needs of property buyers looking for convenience to complement their busy lifestyle.

“They want to come home and, if they need to buy anything, they can just go down to the shopping mall to get it,” he said.

Tng said the Garden Inn by Hilton and another 690 units of serviced apartments occupying three 29-storey towers would be launched soon.
