IN­GRE­DI­ENTS Chicken Cheese Fill­ing 500g skin­less chicken fil­lets, cut into small cubes 120g red onions, thinly sliced

150g zuc­chini, cut into small cubes

2 tbsp Ca­jun spice

1 tsp ground turmeric 2 tbsp cook­ing oil

Salt to taste

DI­NOSAUR QUE­SADIL­LAS

1. Use a di­nosaur-shaped cookie cut­ter and press into the wraps to cre­ate four pieces of di­nosaur-shaped wraps.

Lightly spread soft­ened but­ter on the outer side of the di­nosaur-shaped wraps.

Spread the fill­ing evenly on one wrap be­fore adding some shred­ded cheese. Top it with another piece of wrap.

Heat one side of the wrap on a flat non­stick pan un­til the cheese melts and the wrap turns into golden brown. Do the same with the other side.

Break off the tri­an­gu­lar ends of the chips and place them be­tween the two wraps to make spikes for the di­nosaur.
