Simpson to step down as AMMB CFO
KUALA LUMPUR: Mandy Jean Simpson will be stepping down from her chief financial officer (CFO) position at AMMB Holdings Bhd (AmBank Group) with effect from June 1, after seven years. AmBank Group said her resignation was due to her contract coming to end. The group said she would be returning to Australia on another Australia and New Zealand Banking Group assignment. Simpson is a secondee from ANZ, which is the largest shareholder of AmBank Group, with a 23.78 per cent stake.
