10g Chi­nese co­rian­der leaves 100g fresh tomato (seed­less) 2g salt and 2g black pep­per 10g lemon juice (2 tsps)

20g olive oil

METHOD 3. Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix

well.

4. Sea­son to taste with salt and pep­per. 5. The salsa is ready to serve.
