1,871 graduate at MSU convo
The Management & Science University (MSU) held its 21th convocation on Aug 6 and 7.
Around 1, 871 graduates from 77 courses received their scrolls in Doctorate’s Degree (35), Master’s Degree (42), Bachelor’s Degree (883) and diplomas (911) from various disciplines.
MSU also awarded the Honorary Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Science to Japan’s Josai International University (JIU) President, Professor Dr Kenji Sugibayashi for his developmental and innovative contributions to the local and international field of pharmaceutical science.The scrolls were awarded by MSU Chancellor, Sultanah of Kedah Tuanku Hajah Haminah Hamidun. Also present was MSU President Professor Tan Sri Dr Mohd Shukri Ab.Yajid.Two programmes saw its first batch of graduates from the Master in Biomedical Sciences and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering programmes receiving their scolls.
The special awards went out to 59 graduates for their outstanding achievements in academics and extra-curricular activities.
