Next Bikes augments Ducati lineup
Bikes Sdn Bhd, the sole importer and distributor of Ducati bikes in Malaysia, announced two new entry level variants to their lineup.
The Ducati Multistrada 950 and the Ducati Monster 797 are priced at RM85,900 and RM55,900, respectively, inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The Multistrada is aimed primarily at customers who want to tour.
Powered by a 937cc Testastretta engine pumping out 113hp at 9,000rpm and 96.2Nm at 7,750rpm, the base Multistrada features four riding modes (Touring, Sport, Urban and Enduro).
The Multistrada also comes with class-leading maintenance intervals of 15,000km or 12 months, and valve clearance inspection intervals of 30,000km.
The Ducati Monster 797, on the other hand, is powered by a aircooled L-twin engine producing 75hp at 8,250rpm.
It is equipped with Bosch ABS as standard and a pair of 320mm Brembo dics gripped by Brembo M4.32 radial calipers.
