2 held for having guns
KUALA LUMPUR: The Special Tactical Response & Investigation Key Enforcers (Strike) team yesterday nabbed two men who were in possession of a shotgun, three bullets and two homemade guns.
The suspects were held in Felcra Teratak Batu, Pasir Puteh, Kelantan, on Sunday.
It is learnt that a team from the National Anti-Drug Agency (NADA) raided a premises at the settlement following a tip-off.
The suspects were believed to have been high on drugs when they were detained.
The team, however, were shocked when they found one of the men had live bullets on him.
They conducted further searches and found weapons hidden in the premises.
The team handed over the suspects to the police for further investigation.
