RUN, BABY, RUN!
My boyfriend is an avid runner but I’m more of a group fitness kind of girl. Recently though, I decided to take up running in order to spend more time with him. We go on what he calls “fun runs” around a large neighbourhood park on weekend mornings, slowly but gradually tackling longer distances. I’m aiming to sign up for my first 10K race before the end of this year, so thank you for your focus stories on running for speed and endurance, as well as injury prevention.
