I re­ally en­joyed read­ing your CrossFit re­view in the Novem­ber is­sue, as it gave me a bet­ter un­der­stand­ing of what the pro­gramme’s all about. Even though it still looks in­tim­i­dat­ing, I’m think­ing of giv­ing it a go. Please keep up with the re­views, SHAPE; your first­hand ac­counts help push us to try new things!


Novem­ber’s came at the right time. As a sleep-de­prived mum to a new­born, I’d rather take a nap than spend an hour at the gym. While I’m still maxed out for time, squeez­ing in a few of those moves af­ter putting my baby to sleep is def­i­nitely doable. Thank you for tak­ing peo­ple like me into ac­count!
