I really enjoyed reading your CrossFit review in the November issue, as it gave me a better understanding of what the programme’s all about. Even though it still looks intimidating, I’m thinking of giving it a go. Please keep up with the reviews, SHAPE; your firsthand accounts help push us to try new things!
EXERCISE AT HOME
November’s came at the right time. As a sleep-deprived mum to a newborn, I’d rather take a nap than spend an hour at the gym. While I’m still maxed out for time, squeezing in a few of those moves after putting my baby to sleep is definitely doable. Thank you for taking people like me into account!
