“When I go to the gro­cery store, I buy things that I can al­ways eat as snacks, I snack a lot – I keep things I know that aren’t go­ing to be bad for me. I keep al­monds around. Peanuts aren’t 100% good for you but that’s bet­ter than eat­ing chips. Also, when I’m trav­el­ling a lot, I won’t eat things that I can’t see what’s in it – like spaghetti - mari­nara and pasta. Peo­ple go like ‘yeah, mari­nara’, but I don’t know ev­ery sin­gle in­gre­di­ent that’s in the mari­nara sauce, un­less I made it my­self.”
