For each pyra­mid, al­ter­nate ex­er­cises like so: Afor 15 sec. Rest for 15 sec. Bfor30 sec. Rest for 15 sec. Afor45 sec. Rest for 15 sec. Bfor45 sec. Rest for 15 sec. Afor30 sec. Rest for 15 sec. Bfor 15 sec. Fol­low re­cov­ery in­struc­tions, then move on to next pyra­mid.
