Be­ing a glo­be­trot­ter who has her travel plans lined up for the year, I of­ten skip my daily work­out when­ever I travel. The ‘5-ho­tel room moves to keep you fit on your trav­els’ in the 10th an­niver­sary is­sue made me re­alise that I could work out dur­ing my trav­els too. I know now that lim­ited space shouldn’t be a prob­lem with ex­er­cise op­tions like the nar­row squats and scap­tion raises, dol­phin planks, push ups and more. Thanks a gazil­lion to SHAPE for mak­ing my travel ex­pe­ri­ence more mean­ing­ful while keep­ing me health­ier, hap­pier and pret­tier.
