FIT AND FABULOUS ESCAPE
Being a globetrotter who has her travel plans lined up for the year, I often skip my daily workout whenever I travel. The ‘5-hotel room moves to keep you fit on your travels’ in the 10th anniversary issue made me realise that I could work out during my travels too. I know now that limited space shouldn’t be a problem with exercise options like the narrow squats and scaption raises, dolphin planks, push ups and more. Thanks a gazillion to SHAPE for making my travel experience more meaningful while keeping me healthier, happier and prettier.
