If summer had a flavour, it could easily be that of passion fruit: fresh and sweet, with a bright tang. In essence, what you crave most on a hot day. The pulp and seeds can be eaten plain, but don’t miss out on adding them to smoothies, yogurt, or other dishes for a great flavour punch.
