“Most know me as a radio deejay since I started my career as a full time deejay with HotFM and RedFM. Now, I’m a part timer for MixFM. I am an emcee, social media influencer, TV host and will soon be acting too!”

How do you find time to exercise?

“It’s true what they say; it all depends on what you eat (I won’t say kitchen as I don’t cook). I only have time to go to the gym twice or thrice per week, and those are on the days when I’m free in the mornings. I don’t go to the gym during rush hours; too many people and too much sweat in one room.”

Your go-to workout ?

“I’ve to say it’s those three-minute HIIT videos on Youtube by Jordan Yeoh. Trust me, they work!”

What’s your version of a healthy diet?

“I have been learning to become a vegan in the past month. But I don’t want to go ‘cold turkey’, so I set aside two days for chicken or meat. I make sure that they’re organic. I am doing it for my own health and body. I’ve received flak for this, but I am being real.”

What’s your fitness routine like?

“Nothing special; I do a full body workout in one day. I do HIIT when I’m touring or working in places that has no gym. And, I try to eat the healthiest I can. Always remember; never skip breakfast, I make healthy ones like oats and bananas, before that nasi lemak or roti canai.”

Your favourite place to travel to?

“I’m very pro Asia! Hence it’s Japan and Taipei.”

How do you normally spend your weekend?

“Working. Otherwise, I’m with my family. Home is where the heart is.”

Your fitness mantra?

“There’s no need to compete with anyone else but yourself, unless you’re in a competition!”
