An­nie Chun’s Sea­weed Crisps (RM225)—brown rice chips lay­ered with roasted sea­weed—are sturdy enough to sub for crack­ers. They taste great right out of the bag or topped with av­o­cado.

Flavoured sheet nori crunch are a crunchy low-cal snack. Try Roasted Sea­weed Snacks by Gimme Snacks (RM180 for pack of 12) in teriyaki, wasabi, or toasted sesame.

Sprin­kle Eden Foods’s Sea­weed Go­ma­sio (RM14), a blend of sesame seeds, salt, and dried sea­weed, over grain bowls, pop­corn, or roasted veg­gies.
