Variety is Unique Seafood’s modus operandi, and diners can choose from a wide range of ingredients and cooking styles, whether it’s meat, seafood, vegetables or carbs fried, steamed, baked or braised. Senior members of the serving staff are preferable to the juniors, as the former are more adept at reciting the menu by heart and quick to point out if your party has ordered too much or too little. Beverages at the family-style restaurant are limited to fruit juices, sodas, beers, coconut water and Chinese tea. If you balk at shark’s fin, take note that the restaurant does serve it.
