WHY GO

T.Dining Malaysia Tatler Best Restaurants - - International -

Lit and set up with a romantic slant, with a well-stocked bar and framed by imposing cityscape views, Tanzini promises an unforgettable dining experience amongst the skyscrapers.

Start the odyssey with perfectly cooked pan seared scallops with sautéed mushrooms. Another excellent entrée is the pan seared foie gras, with its excellent brown char on the outside while being smooth and creamy on the inside.

For soups, the refreshingly cold tomato and crab meat timbale stimulates the palate further. Next, the cheese wheel pasta is a dish simply not to be passed over. It’s presented in a dramatic fashion, whereby a wheel of Grana Padano cheese is firstly brought out on a cart, then the inner area of the cheese is sprayed with flammable alcohol which is lit on fire, softening the cheese. Then, completing the unforgettable presentation of this dish, the pasta is placed in the wheel of cheese and tossed continuously until it is coated in fresh Grana Padano. The main course of Kingsley Meltique sirloin features an Australian prime beef steak with tempura vegetables and resembles an interesting combination.

For dessert, the sizzling hot brownies is very good with its chocolate filling doubling the pleasure.
