RHB targets more than three mln account holders by year-end

KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Bank Bhd is optimistic it will be able to have more than three million conventional current account and saving account (CASA) holders by end-2017, says Group Retail Banking Acting Head Nazri Othman.

He said todate, there were 2.8 million CASA holders.

“The group is able to attract new customers and increase the number of CASA newly-opened accounts through various product campaigns.

“The figure is within reach judging from the encouraging number of new accounts opened with the bank every month”, he told reporters here yesterday after a prize presentation ceremony for 13 winners of the ‘’Drive Home A BMW Series’’ campaign held between June and October last year. — Bernama
