Lions Club of Sibu Man­darin to hold health screen­ing

SIBU: The Lions Club of Sibu Man­darin will hold a health screen­ing at the Kanowit Foo­chow As­so­ci­a­tion on Sun­day from 8am till noon.

Lions Club of Sibu Man­darin pres­i­dent Thomas Tong said this will be the club’s third such project in Kanowit.

Co­or­di­nat­ing the event are Kanowit Foo­chow As­so­ci­a­tion, Kwang Tung As­so­ci­a­tion, Ming Nan As­so­ci­a­tion, and var­i­ous lo­cal chap­ters of Lions Club In­ter­na­tional.

The screen­ing will cover blood sugar, blood pres­sure, choles­terol, eye test, body mass in­dex, Pap smear, den­tal ser­vices, and doc­tor con­sul­ta­tions.
