Forest City Golf Hotel coming up soon
JOHOR: Forest City Golf Hotel, developed and built by Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd (CGPV), is expected to be completed by the first half of next year.
It is part of a world- class golf resort and hotel that will have three golf courses at Gelang Patah Iskandar Johor.

Built at a total cost of RM1.8 billion, the 5star hotel is not only a scenic golf resort but also features a mixture of r e sident i a l un i t s compr i sing apartments and villas.
CGPV executive director Datuk Md Othman Yusof said besides attracting tourists and golfers, the development will also provide job opportunities to locals.

When fully completed, the first phase of the low- density residential units is expected to have 1,300 residents.
The landed properties are expected to be completed by October 2019 and comprise doublestorey and three- storey cluster homes as well as semi- detached units with sizes ranging from 2,034 square feet to 6,975 square feet.
The properties, pegged from RM1.38 million, are built near a natural water feature which cuts across the golf course.
Under the first phase, CGPV will unveil 202 villas with modern-style roofs and a combination of design elements from across Europe.
The residential enclave will cater to golf aficionados from here and across the Causeway, as well as international house buyers.
The 5- star hotel will comprise 305 rooms ranging in size from 45 square metres to 323 square metres.
There will be two towers of hotel rooms, each 11 floors high, with a ballroom that can cater to 400 guests, a free-form swimming pool and kids’ pool.
The hotel, which is targeting guests from Malaysia, China, Singapore and Korea, among others, also features a restaurant that will serve international and local cuisines.
CGPV is also building a 9.6km connecting road from Forest City to ensure easy accessibility to the hotel and golf resort, which is expected to be ready by 2019.
