SEREMBAN: Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX NS) 2018 will feature properties worth RM1.7 billion, said Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) Negeri Sembilan Chairman, Jenny Wang Lee Peng.

To be held from July 20-22, the event will feature 18 developers, showcasing properties ranging from affordable houses to highend units.

“Being the largest property road show in Negeri Sembilan, MAPEX is the best place for house buyers to check out rebates, discounts and incentives available on the market,” Wang told reporters yesterday.

She said with improved connectivity, Klang Valley’s population had begun to shift outside and into Negeri Sembilan over the past ten years.

“Negeri Sembilan, which borders Selangor, Pahang, Melaka and Johor, is booming with attractions, and more people want to live, work and spend time there because there is always something to do.

“We have good roads and easy access to many highways, several international schools and university colleges, and the proposed new AEON Nilai Shopping Mall is set to be one of the biggest AEON mall in Malaysia,” she said.

Wang added that purchasers should note that prices in prime areas in the state would continue to increase, hence now would be the best time to invest. — Bernama
