There’s a hot new ad­dress in Kuala Lumpur. Known as 8 Con­lay, this mixed-use de­vel­op­ment which com­prises two res­i­den­tial tow­ers known as “YOO8 Ser­viced By Kempin­ski” will be lo­cated within the up­scale neigh­bour­hood of Jalan Con­lay – the pre­ferred ad­dress of the city’s elite. As the maiden pro­ject of KSK Land Sdn Bhd, the aim of 8 Con­lay is to pro­vide ur­ban dwellers weary of cookie-cut­ter homes with a unique sanc­tu­ary that com­bines the best of de­signer lux­ury and sen­si­ble liv­ing.

In or­der to ac­com­plish this lofty goal, KSK Land de­cided to team up with YOO – the renowned de­sign stu­dio founded in 1999 by lux­ury prop­erty en­tre­pre­neur, John Hitch­cox, and French de­signer, Philippe Starck.
