Feel the heat with Bell & Ross’ fiery piece.

When Bell & Ross introduced the BR 01 Skull Bronze back in 2009, military enthusiasts immediately stood at attention for this tribute to the fearless American parachutists of World War II, who descended onto the beaches of Normandy like dark angels. Emblazoned on their jumpsuits were a menacing skull and the phrase ‘Death from Above’powerful words that struck both fear and awe in the hearts of their enemies.

To honour these elite troops further, Bell & Ross astutely paired their intrepid and bold spirit with the defiant attitude of tattoos in the BR 01 Burning Skull. Much like how the Allied Forces defeated its enemies, this fiery watch secures attention with tattoo designs etched onto every surface of the 46mm steel case. It’s a compelling memento mori as symbols pertaining to mortality, such as the heart, rose, scythe and hourglass, lay hidden in the engravings reminiscent of hellfire. Each line is manually filled with black ink that further enhances the black Super-LumiNova dial stamped with a grinning metal skull. Powered by a calibre BR-CAL.302, the BR 01 Burning Skull is destined to lend its fiery spirit to only 500 impassioned individuals.
