Get ready in Gothic style for the spooky sea­son.

ATALL, dark, hand­some, cloaked man fast ap­proaches his prey. He lifts the beau­ti­ful woman’s long tresses and starts kiss­ing her neck. Then, all of a sud­den, he is suck­ing her blood. The vam­pire dis­ap­pears into the dark­ness, tak­ing the woman along with him.

It’s a typ­i­cal sce­nario from vam­pire films of the past.

To­day, ev­ery­one is into Twi­light, the pop­u­lar se­ries by Amer­i­can author Stephe­nie Meyer, and now a huge hit on the big screen as well.

Not sur­pris­ingly, vam­pires are of­ten as­so­ci­ated with Gothic cul­ture and fashion. You will need:

The Goths were a Ger­manic tribe which ap­peared in the third cen­tury and played an im­por­tant part in the his­tory of the Ro­man Em­pire.
