FORTY years after creating Ô de Lancôme, the brand invents a fresh summer sensation called Ô D’Azur.
Composed by Domitille Bertier and Sophie Labbé, this clear scent is infused with floral and fruity accents, evoking all the soft resplendence of a late summer’s afternoon. FOR fall 2010, there’s a whole new line-up of colours and make-up to complement the season. From KATE, there’s a new Make Up Base UV and finishing make-up ranges for the face.
The base is claimed to cover redness and pores, soothe the skin and protect from UV exposure. Hamamelis virginiana extract is added to tighten the skin.
The former perfume’s inimitable citrus top notes are revived with an exquisite new ingredient, calabrian lemon essence. The middle notes unveil a generous concentrate of Turkish damask rose, blended with peony to form a crystalline bouquet.
A playful hint of Ecuadorian pink pepper lifts the floral splendour with its vibrant nuances. The woody base notes reveal a play of contrasts of musk and amber resin.
