THE melodious environmentalinspired tunes by Malaysia’s top local musicians, talents and celebrities plan to entice listeners back to nature as Red FM entertains you with exciting games and activities at the Power Down Music Fest.
The bare minimum energy will be used and visitors will be required to bring their own candles, lamp or torch light for the concert at the Faculty of Economics & Administration, University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, this Saturday from 7pm to 11pm.
It is aimed at encouraging listeners to switch to a “greener” living while being entertained by Eco Drum Circle, Tree Theatre Group, Rollin Sixers, Raman the Nose Flautist, Aizat Amdan, Wakaka Group and other talented acts. Admission to the concert is free.
Organised by The Star and mStar in conjunction with the Eco Film Fest, Power Down Music Fest will be co-hosted by Jeremy from Red FM’s Evenings (Mondays to Fridays, 7pm10pm).
A passionate believer in environmental causes, Jeremy has actively participated in fund-raising efforts for conservation programmes.
