THE call is go­ing out for bed­room dee­jays who want to swap their writ­ing desk for an out­door arena.

Heineken’s of­fer­ing the win­ner of its Found @ Thirst DJ com­pe­ti­tion a 30-minute open­ing spot at the Thirst mu­sic and cre­ative life­style fes­ti­val on Dec 4 at Sepang In­ter­na­tional Cir­cuit, Se­lan­gor.

The win­ner will join stars such as San­der Van Doorn, Richard Du­rand and Chuckie who will be play­ing the God­skitchen Boom­box at Thirst’s main arena.

And that’s not all. The win­ner will also take home RM10,000, tick­ets for two to an in­ter­na­tional mu­sic fes­ti­val and get to host their own Heineken Green Space.

And while it might sound like it’s rated for ex­perts, what’s re­ally im­por­tant in this com­pe­ti­tion are at­ti­tude and track se­lec­tion, mak­ing it the per­fect place for be­gin­ners and tal­ented amateurs to show off their skills.

Found @ Thirst is the lat­est in the Thirst-re­lated se­ries of dee­jays com­pe­ti­tions that has given a leg-up to lo­cal jocks want­ing a ca­reer in the in­dus­try.
