RENOWNED jazz vo­cal­ist Jamie Davis will be in town to help raise funds for the Dalat In­ter­na­tional School in Kuala Lumpur. Davis holds a po­si­tion among the pan­theon of great male vo­cal­ists with a com­pelling full deep, bari­tone and pas­sion for his craft that leaves his au­di­ences up­lifted and “feelin’ good ... re­ally good”.

Hollywood film leg­end Clint East­wood counts him­self as a fan of Davis, so don’t miss this in­cred­i­ble op­por­tu­nity to catch Davis at these dates and venues listed be­low:

The breezy sin­gle, re­leased by Monsoon Records, is a much awaited record­ing by Dian­dra, who has been mak­ing a name for her­self in the lo­cal scene in the past year.

As a treat, Dian­dra will de­light fans and new­com­ers to her mu­sic with a full set tonight at the Laun­dry Bar Curve, Mu­tiara Da­mansara, Petaling Jaya in Se­lan­gor. Also on the bill are Reza Salleh and Ben Blon­del.

The work­shop fea­tures fa­cil­i­ta­tor Ul­rich Got­tlieb, who is based in Vi­enna and Bangkok, who started out in street the­atre be­fore train­ing in mime and phys­i­cal the­atre from Werner Mueller and Hiro Uchiyama in Ger­many.

So un­cover the hid­den tal­ent in you by dis­cov­er­ing el­e­ments like mime, move­ment, con­tact im­pro­vi­sa­tion, space ex­per­i­men­ta­tion, props and dy­nam­ics ex­per­i­men­ta­tion, var­i­ous lev­els of fo­cus­ing and more.
