HP in­tro­duces Wifi mouse

AZTECH has un­veild its Wire­less-N IP WIPC302 cam­era that al­lows you to keep an eye on your loved ones at home while you are at work.

You can use the cam­era to re­motely view, lis­ten to and record im­ages of your loved ones through a wired or wire­less net­work.

The cam­era is de­signed with a built-in web server that sup­ports real-time live video feeds from any web browser on your iPhone, Android smart­phone, Black­Berry, Tablet or com­puter.

The WIPC302 comes with mo­tion de­tec­tion, alarm no­ti­fi­ca­tion and in­frared LED fea- tures that al­low for per­sonal 24/7 mon­i­tor­ing as the cam­era au­to­mat­i­cally cap­tures video snap­shots and sends these to your email in­box or FTP server, Aztec said.

By con­nect­ing an ex­ter­nal speaker to the WIPC302, users can also lis­ten to and re­spond re­motely if re­quired.

Video is com­pressed us­ing MJPEG and users can choose be­tween three dif­fer­ent view­ing res­o­lu­tions (VGA/QVGA/QQVGA).

Ca­pa­ble of op­er­at­ing at a range of up to 30ft, a first-time pair­ing con­nects the mouse to the PC and in­stantly re­con­nects dur­ing each use, op­er­at­ing with­out in­ter­fer­ence from other wire­less de­vices, the com­pany said.

With its sculpted form and rub­ber sides for com­fort, other fea­tures in­clude a fourway-tilt scroll wheel and five cus­tomis­able but­tons that al­low users to cre­ate short­cuts for com­mon ac­tions such as cut, paste, undo and redo.

The HP WiFi mouse, which has a rated nine months of bat­tery life, is now avail­able for RM150. ++++ www.hp.com
