Gin­ger Frog

(Recipe cour­tesy of Gey­lang Lor 9) 1 frog, cut into pieces 4-5 pieces sliced gin­ger 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp Chi­nese hua tiao (rice) wine 3-4 tbsp oys­ter and soy sauce (mix the two with water ac­cord­ing to de­sired level of salti­ness) Put all ingredients in a clay­pot and cook over strong fire for four to five min­utes. Dish out and serve.
