It has a French name but it is very much a British company. The French touch was a nod to where the shoes are made but these days, they are made in Spain now. The brand, French Sole, has been an established and popular name since Jane Winkworth founded the businessness in 1989. Now, it is stocked globally in over 400 outlets and concessions around the world.
