Exciting line-up of activities
oN Dec 7, all Smart Reader Kids centres will be having its Nationwide Open Day where parents and children will be given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the teaching and learning environment as well as gain in-depth information about the Smart Reader Kids programme.
In celebration of Smart Reader Kids’ 13 years of success in providing quality and excellent early childhood education, the theme for the 2013/2014 academic year is “Celebration of Success”. All Smart Reader Kids centres will be open from 2pm to 6pm.
According to Saravanan Marimuthu, the franchisee of Smart Reader Kids Taman Seremban Jaya, he has an exciting line-up for parents and children. Apart from organising arts and craft activities, there will also be a clown who will entertain the children with his balloon sculpting skills. Light refreshment and goodie bags will be made available during the Open Day.
“Seeing that we are offering the Smart Tadris curriculum at our centre, we will invite an ustaz from Masjid Negara to conduct a talk. We hope this will help parents understand more about the curriculum,” says Saravanan.
The Smart Tadris programme under the newly launched Smart Reader Kids Islamic concept offers a comprehensive curriculum for Muslim children and was developed by prominent experts from Masjid Negara.
The curriculum comprises Islamic subjects such as Iqra’, Quran, Ibadah, Akidah, Akhlak, Jawi and Arabic. It also includes Smart Reader subjects such as Smart Reader English, Smart Maths, Smart Bacaan and Smart Science.
Siti Fatimah Abd Latif, the franchisee of Smart Reader Kids Taman Impian Putra, Bangi, and Smart Reader Kids Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi, has a similar line-up of activities.
“Besides the usual colouring activity, we will amuse the children by getting them to participate in fun and interesting games. To add more fun to the event, we will also engage a professional clown. Our other activities include letting the children try out the Toyota Traffic Tots activities as it proved to be a hit among the children at our last Open Day,” says Siti, who is also offering the Smart Tadris curriculum at her Smart Reader Kids Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi centre.
Parents who enrol their children for the 2014 academic year during the Open Day will receive attractive and exclusive Smart Reader Kids merchandise. The items are available while stocks last. There is a special offer for Maybank cardholders as they will be entitled to receive a free track top and bottom when they make a full-year payment. Non-Maybank cardholders will receive a free raincoat.

As the franchiser of the Smart Reader Kids programme, Smart Reader Worldwide has long established itself as the premier provider of early childhood education in the country.
Smart Reader Worldwide conducts its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to bring joy and happiness to the children annually.
