Christ­mas Eve buf­fet din­ner

A scrump­tious tra­di­tional Christ­mas Eve buf­fet din­ner awaits din­ers as the aroma of Roast Tur­key fills the air at Swez Brasserie. Christ­mas high­lights in­clude the Honey Roast Tur­key stuffed with bread, chest­nut and raisins served with a se­lec­tion of giblet gravy, cran­berry-orange com­pote, beet chut­ney and cran­berry-mus­tard rel­ish.

Sink your teeth into suc­cu­lently braised beef briskets with mush­room aioli and pep­per­corn sauce, pot-roasted shoul­der of lamb with roasted but­ter­nut squash and sweet red onions, sword­fish with caramelised eggplants and roast tomato salsa, Peri Peri Chicken Scalop­pini stuffed with chicken chori­zos sausages, salmon head and ap­ple curry with fen­nel and salted shrimps, Ch­e­sa­peake-style crab cakes with sweet corn salsa, wild berry pi­laf with beef meat­balls and Streusel topped with sweet pota­toes, just to name a few.

For the “love of shuck”, freshly shucked oys­ters with cu­cum­ber jelly, tomato shoot­ers and green pa­paya rel­ish, fresh mus­sels, prawns and scal­lops are also part of the buf­fet.

For some live ac­tion, the chefs at the ac­tion sta­tions will cook up a la minute de­lights. En­joy Paella Valencia, siz­zling Por­to­bello mush­rooms, Na­chos and Fa­ji­tas and for a twist, how about Rambu­tan and Ly­chee tem­pura stuffed with Tur­key and Cheese mousse?

Feel the magic as you ap­pease your sweet tooth with the heavenly Christ­mas Yule Log, Mousse Plat­ter, Pan­nat­tone, Chur­ros, Pop­corn Balls, cin­na­mon syrup poached pears, Crème Caramel and Mini Choco­late and Berry Pavlo­vas.

Santa will also make an ap­pear­ance to spread the joy of Christ­mas and to give away Christ­mas good­ies to all pa­trons. Start­ing from 6.30pm un­til 10.30pm on Dec 24, the buf­fet is priced at RM110++ per adult and RM55 ++ per child. Prices are in­clu­sive of a glass of wine, beer or chilled juices.

Christ­mas Day buf­fet brunch

Whet your ap­petite on Christ­mas Day with the Christ­mas Day Buf­fet Brunch fea­tur­ing a se­lec­tion of in­ter­na­tion­ally in­spired dishes such as fes­tive spe­cial­ties like the tra­di­tional Beef Roulades with Wal­nut Pars­ley, maple syrup whipped pota­toes, bar­be­cued baby squid with pine nut stuff­ing, Yule Log, Christ­mas minced pie, spiced pump­kin tartlets and much more.

From noon till 4pm on Dec 25, this Christ­mas Day treat is a bel­ly­ful of de­light.

The Buf­fet Brunch is priced at RM73++ per adult and RM37++ per child.
