Located on the ground floor, Saffron Brasserie promises to thrill guests with its festive spirit of epicurean delights, featuring a tantalising selection of yuletide goodies and treats for the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner.
Priced at RM70 per person and RM35 per child, the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner starts off with a mouth-watering appetiser – Roast Glazed Turkey Breast and Cranberry Sauce, Oyster on Ice and Condiments, Prawn on Ice with Tangy Cocktail Sauce, Norwegian Smoked Salmon and Condiments, Chicken Mousse Embedded with Fruits, Stuffed Chicken Breast with Rome Fruit Salad and Seafood Terrine with Lemon Vinaigrette.
For the main course, guests have a choice of NZ Roast Beef, an Arrow Head Tom Roast Turkey with Roast Potato and Corn (Black Pepper, Mushroom and BBQ Sauce), Risotto, Pollo Alla Cacciatore (Chicken and Mushroom), Seafood Casserole, Oriental Crab Cake and Smooth Texture Black Cod and Salmon with Three Flavoured Sauce.
To finish off this delectable meal, be sure to save some room for the ever-popular Yorkshire Pudding, Christmas cookies, Stone Bread, Ginger Bread, Assorted Round Cake and Pie, Apple Crumble, Bread Butter Pudding with Vanilla Sauce, Assorted Fruit Platter, Ice Cream and condiments.
This Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner is inclusive of freshly brewed coffee or tea.
