AS 2013 comes to an end, the fes­tive hol­i­day mood comes alive with Christ­mas be­fore New Year party plans come into ac­tion. In con­junc­tion with this joy­ful time, Ber­jaya Times Square Ho­tel, KL has a line-up of at­trac­tive of­fer­ings in the spirit of giv­ing.

On Christ­mas Eve, Sam­plings on the Four­teenth Restau­rant will fea­ture a fes­tive set menu spe­cially de­signed by the restau­rant’s Chef de Cui­sine, af­fec­tion­ately known as Chef Val.

The four-course meal starts with Smoked Salmon and Prawn Salad and fol­lows with Cream of Pump­kin Soup, Minted Winter melon Sor­bet, an op­tion of tan­ta­lis­ing Roast Christ­mas Turkey, SlowRoast Lamb Shank or Pan-Seared Cod for mains.

End the evening with Chest­nut Mille Feuille – served with or­ange-flavoured Christ­mas pud­ding and cin­na­mon ice cream.

The four-course pri­vate and ex­quis­ite fine din­ing meal over­looks the en­chant­ing view of KL and is priced at RM158++ per adult.

Also on Christ­mas Eve, the all-day din­ing Big Ap­ple Restau­rant will spe­cially put to­gether a buffet that is sure to please.

Along with a host of sal­ads, ap­pe­tis­ers, soups and main cour­ses on dis­play, do not miss the var­i­ous spe­cialty food stalls serv­ing tra­di­tional fare in­clud­ing roast turkey, home­made ravi­oli, grilled chicken, beef and lamb sa­tay, and sautéed seafood fric­as­see, among other things.

De­light­ful desserts await with treats such as Christ­mas Yule Log, Gin­ger Bread, Gin­ger Bread Trees, Christ­mas Stolen, Swiss Leck­erli and the tra­di­tional rich mixed fruit cake.

Per­fect for large gath­er­ings of fam­ily and friends, the scrump­tious spread is RM108++ per adult and RM58++ per child.

On com­plet­ing a sat­is­fy­ing Christ­mas Eve din­ner, the party be­gins at Broad­way Lounge to ring in Christ­mas Day at the same venue. A sea­soned live band will pro­vide the evening’s en­ter­tain­ment as din­ers lounge with a view of KL city’s lights.
