Celebration time

To cel­e­brate its 40th an­niver­sary with cus­tomers, elec­trolux is launch­ing The 40th an­niver­sary bo­nanza pro­mo­tion and a Face­book cam­paign on dec 4, through which cus­tomers stand to win over rm150,000 in cash and prizes.

THE Elec­trolux Mo­bile Kitchen, an in­no­va­tive cam­paign to fa­mil­iarise Malaysians with the com­pany’s lat­est range of kitchen prod­ucts on their own turf was recog­nised as “Malaysia’s First Mo­bile Kitchen” by the Malaysia Book of Records. The 40-seater coach bus, cus­tom-fit­ted with the Elec­trolux built-in-kitchen range of prod­ucts toured 75 lo­ca­tions in penin­su­lar Malaysia from May 17 to Sept 8, while Chef Francesca Pang and Chef Alex Yong show­cased the ca­pa­bil­i­ties of the Elec­trolux kitchen ap­pli­ances.

”I am so pleased that this amaz­ing news co­in­cides with our 40th an­niver­sary celebration of our es­tab­lish­ment in Malaysia,” said Elec­trolux Malaysia and Sin­ga­pore gen­eral man­ager, Koh Soh Hoie.

“We have truly come a long way from our hum­ble be­gin­nings in 1973. In 1988, we set up the first Elec­trolux Home Cen­tre in Subang Pa­rade and in 1995 ven­tured into re­tail busi­ness, which be­came the foun­da­tion of the cur­rent busi­ness that now counts more than a 1,000 re­tail out­lets car­ry­ing Elec­trolux home ap­pli­ances. To­day, Elec­trolux is the pre­ferred house­hold brand by Malaysians look­ing for stream­lined and thought­ful Euro­pean de­sign in their homes.”

The jour­ney of 40 years has helped es­tab- lish Elec­trolux as the pre­ferred home ap­pli­ance brand where it has achieved the No. 1 sta­tus in Front Load­ing laun­dry so­lu­tion, No. 1 in Built-in Kitchen ap­pli­ances and No. 1 in House­hold Vac­uum Clean­ers cat­e­gories.

Ear­lier this year, Elec­trolux launched its lat­est range of in­tu­itive cook­ing, wash­ing and food stor­age ap­pli­ances that have been in­spired by real Asian house­holds. Com­bin­ing cut­ting-edge in­no­va­tion with a strong Euro­pean de­sign her­itage, th­ese ap­pli­ances pro­vide con­sumers with great and func­tional tools. The new line of re­frig­er­a­tors, FlexFresh and NutriFresh pre­serve the nutritional qual- ity of the pro­duce, while the Time Man­ager range of wash­ing ma­chines weighs each load to de­ter­mine the wash set­tings and nec­es­sary de­ter­gent quan­tity. The Com­biS­team ovens en­sure pro­fes­sional re­sults each time while the Re­al­Life range of dish­wash­ers of­fers 15% more space for load­ing big­ger and odd-shaped items, while tak­ing up the same amount of space in your kitchen.

In celebration of its 40-year es­tab­lish­ment in Malaysia, through The Elec­trolux 40th An­niver­sary Bo­nanza pro­mo­tion, Elec­trolux cus­tomers will be able to pur­chase any of th­ese lat­est and in­tu­itive ap­pli­ances and stand to win up to RM150,000 worth of petrol gift cards and prizes.

“Our new ap­pli­ances have been highly cov­eted items this year and now we are mak­ing them even more at­trac­tive through The Elec­trolux 40th An­niver­sary Bo­nanza pro­mo­tion from Dec 4 to Jan 31, 2014,” said Koh.

With a pur­chase of Elec­trolux ap­pli­ances worth RM500 and above, cus­tomers will re­ceive from one to a max­i­mum of six Elec­trolux Bo­nanza Cards in line with the to­tal value of the sin­gle re­ceipt pur­chase on se­lected Elec­trolux prod­ucts. With th­ese Bo­nanza Cards they will im­me­di­ately know if they have won one of the 700 Elec­trolux Cof­fee Mak­ers or 300 Elec­trolux Rice Cook­ers.
